Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote balance and wellbeing to the body, mind and spirit. Essential oils are natural healers with medicinal properties associated with plants. These oils enter the bloodstream through inhalation which has a direct effect on the body and mind. A brief consultation is taken before your massage to help us decide which essential oils would offer you the best outcome for your needs, whether that looks like pain relief, reduced stress or deep relaxation. This massage is a powerful treat for all the senses and works on a holistic level.
