Bookings & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
You can book by contacting us via email yellowsummertherapies@yahoo.com, by text or social media. I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Can I book more than one treatment in one session?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to combine therapies — for example, a relaxing aromatherapy massage followed by a nourishing facial or reflexology.

Gift Vouchers

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Beautiful card and digital gift vouchers are available — perfect for birthdays, special occasions, or a little self-care gift.
To order, please contact us directly via email or text. On receipt of payment, email gift vouchers are drawn up and emailed the same day, card gift vouchers can be collected.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Can I transfer my voucher to someone else?
Yes, you can gift your voucher to another person if you’re unable to use it, just let us know!

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your slot to another client.

What happens if I cancel late or don’t show up?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed appointments — may incur a cancellation fee (usually 50% of the treatment cost). if you cancel at short notice numerous times you will be charged the full price of your treatment booked.


Late Arrivals

What happens if I’m running late?
Please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to give you your full treatment time, but if there’s another client after you, your session may need to finish at the scheduled time.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, bank transfer, or card payment at your appointment.


Before Your Treatment

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Just come as you are but if you are coming straight from the gym please have a shower. It’s best to avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your session, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. You’ll be covered at all times with towels during massage treatments.


During Your Treatment

Can I talk during my treatment?
It’s completely up to you — some people like to chat, others prefer quiet relaxation. I’ll follow your lead.

What if I feel uncomfortable at any point?
Please let me know right away. Your comfort and wellbeing are the priority, and I can adjust pressure, temperature, or position anytime.


Aftercare

What should I do after my massage or treatment?
Drink plenty of water, rest if you can, and allow your body time to absorb the benefits. You may feel deeply relaxed or slightly sleepy afterwards — that’s completely normal.

How often should I book treatments?
This depends on your needs — some clients come monthly for maintenance, others more often for specific issues or stress relief. I’ll be happy to guide you.


Health & Safety

Do I need to share any health information?
Yes please — it’s important to let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications so I can tailor your treatment safely.

Are your products natural?
Yes — I use high-quality natural and organic oils and blends, chosen carefully for their skin and therapeutic benefits.

Can I have a treatment if I’m pregnant?
Yes, after your first trimester I can offer safe, supportive pregnancy treatments. Please mention this when booking so I can prepare the space and oils appropriately.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is off road parking available directly in front of the premises.
